Each 30-second round tests your aim, timing, and reaction speed, while stronger opponents bring tougher shots to handle. Take your best kicks, make key saves, and fight your way through the tournament!

DETAILED GAMEPLAY INSTRUCTIONS

The match in Penalty Rivals is divided into two alternating phases: attacker (free kicks) and defense (goalkeeping).

When You Play as a Striker

• You click and hold the mouse from the ball and draw a straight or curved line towards the goal.
• The speed and length of the control determine the power and trajectory of the ball. You can swipe quickly for a powerful shot or curve your swipe to create tricky, spinning shots.
• You need to pay attention to the movement of the AI goalkeeper, wait for the goalkeeper to slightly shift direction, and then quickly shoot into the top corner.

When You Are a Goalkeeper

• You need to watch the opposing player shoot the ball. As soon as the ball leaves the opponent’s foot, you swipe the mouse in the direction of the ball to control the goalkeeper to make a diving save.
• Don’t judge too early because the machine might shoot in the wrong direction. You should focus on the ball’s trajectory as soon as it’s kicked to make an accurate save.

• Customize your team: Before the tournament begins, you can fill in the players’ names and choose your favorite kit colors (jerseys) for your team.
